Hello GCN I tried the Alle Belle recipe. It was fantastic. The only issue is that the pancake cracked. The first two were OK. The others had cracks on them. Thankyou.
Thank you so much Irene for sharing your feedback. I have never experienced the pancakes cracking. Were the pancakes soft and foldable once they were fried? This could have happened if the Pancakes were over fried or they were fried on both sides or the batter was too watery or the batter was not stirred properly 🙂
