- This is a great kettlebell sport long cycle workout for shoulder and body endurance .
We call it "Silent Hill" because you cant talk during and its scary...
The Kettlebell Jerk for sport is really tough . Its tougher than Long cycle (clean and jerk) because you only have one chance to get the positioning and rack perfect.
Intermediate sample training.....
1 clean 1 jerk x 5 rounds So.... c,j,c,,c,j,c,j,c,j rest.
1 clean 2 jerks x 5 rounds. so c,jj,c,jj,c,jj,c,jj,c,jj, rest.
1 clean 3 jerks x 5 rounds
1 clean 4 jerks x 5 rounds
1 clean 5 jerks x 5 rounds
1 clean 4 jerks. x 5
1 clean 3 jerks x 5
1 clean 2 jerks x 5
1 clean 1 jerk x 5 rounds.
rest equally after each cycle. - Jak na to + styl

Looks like a great routine by doing incremental reps. I do something similar with dumbbells for the shoulder military press. I’ll give it a try with kettlebells now.
