@@duduamrosh the “anger” Dipper feels can be attributed to his anxious personality, and doesn’t always indicate a “problem” as it’s more warranted from past experiences. Is what I mean. Plus traits associated with anger don’t track to dipper in most situations shown to us in the show.

It is just his personality and has nothing to do with age such as Mabel’s obsession of boys.

Dipper doesn't have anger issues. Dipper has an extremely healthy relationship with his anger. Every example you show here is Dipper showing anger in a situation where anger is the appropriate reaction. Indeed, most of these are examples of extreme provocation. And the ones where it isn't extreme provocation, his expression of that anger is limited to harsh language directed appropriately toward the individual who is provoking it.
Anger issues would be Dipper taking out his anger on people who did nothing to deserve it. Or looking for excuses to rage out at someone. Or reacting with far more anger than the situation warrants.
If you really want a fictional character with anger issues, look at people who spend their time trying to repress a perfectly normal human emotion like you seem to want him to do. Look at Bruce Banner, who repressed his anger so much he developed a split personality. Or Steven Universe, who's afraid to feel pissed off at a genocidal dictator that literally bleached the souls of his entire family and tore him in half, so he takes it out on himself and those same loved ones.
Dipper feels anger when it is appropriate and isn't afraid of showing that anger. He is a healthier person than someone who would feel the need to repress his anger in the face of a psychotic stalker abducting his sister, or being poked in the face with a stick after being attacked by wolves, or a universe destroying demon currently in the act of bringing about the goddamn apocalypse.
Someone being angry is NOT the same as someone having anger issues.
Don't forget the same girl whom he saved, is the one who poked him with a stick after he told her that he got attacked by wolves.

Well more than once the poor kid has gotten laughed at and teased by others; even by his own family members and friends, like being made fun of for his slightly shorter height compared to Mabel plus the way his voice sounds just to name a couple of incidents.
The one about his breaking voice was actually just a story made up by Dipper to pass the time in the Bottomless Pit. It isn't canonical, and this can actually be seen in the slight character inconsistencies in both Dipper's story and Soos' story (as well as Stan's new voice supposed to be permanent). That's not to say his voice isn't teased or that he endures teasing, but thankfully it's not as extreme as Voice-over depicts it.

In a deleted scene, Dippy Fresh turned Dipper’s hat backwards and in response Dipper snapped Dippy Fresh’s neck. So yeah I’d say he has some anger issues.

You're seriously defending those selfish and shortsighted jerks? Every one of the Pines are stubborn and hotheaded dipshits with too much wit for their own good. Mabel and Dipper constantly hurt each other and help each other. That's just how siblings work. You can't excuse Ford and Dipper for the same things that Stan and Mabel do just because they're more visibly smart. The townsfolk aren't particularly dumb either. They're average for the most part, it's just that their memories are constantly tampered with up until near the end of series (where we stop seeing them so often). Also, Pacifica took forever to consider him an equal and Ford never did. (Ruining Dipper's life out of jealousy and wanting to live vicariously through him is not treating him as an equal, it's using him for yourself.) Also, Dipper joining Bill would be awful. Bill is a trap, a sweet talking conman that will stroke your ego to make you forget that you're just a tool. It would have ruined Dipper's arc to have him fall for the same trap as Ford. Despite what we think, Dipper isn't just a mini Ford. While he wants to be, at their cores they're more dissimilar than alike. I'll stop for now because this isn't a lecture, but if you're willing to push the point I'm still here. Always a pleasure to talk about this show, even though it's been a decade.

Logical People also get more angry when nothing goes their Way or better said their Logic and Way of thinking. Because they Plan something and when it doesnt work out they are angry because they did spend a lot of Time on it and work really hard on it. Imagine calling one of Dippers Plans stupid.
