UNEXPECTED FISH FOUND IN SPILLWAY

- I hit this small section below a lake throwing some spinners and a trout magnet. I did not expect the fish that were in the lake and below the spillway. It was a shock to me the multispecies that were living under this dam.

Looked like a natural rainbow. Don't know about there. But here in michigan stocked trout get their adipose fin snipped off in hatcheries

I have caught a couple smaller pike and put some nicer ones on. There is a video I have where I used live bait for the pike!

They stocked the lake for a Veterans trout derby back in November which might explain the fish's size. If you just search up the name of the lake with just "trout stocking" you are going to find it.
