    Thank you Raj for the interesting technology comparison.
    I recall that back in April-May 2021 a new technology introduced by Harvard researchers: Retron Library Recombeneering (RLR), which was claimed to be safer than CRISPR Cas-9. I'm not sure whether it has progressed to being tested on human cells since then.
    It'll be interesting to see how the new technologies will evolve, but for now CRISPR is the one with multiple treatments under clinical research, plus one treatment that has passed FDA's approval.

      Yes. Things move slowly! You are right. CRISPR/cas9 is the only proven technology.
