Weakness dheere dheere door hogi, sabse pehle liquid me juice ya nariyal ka paani Lena shuru karo, sath me aapko vitamins aur protein ka pura dhayan rakhna hai...vitamins ke liye Hari sabjiyan kaho khoob, salad Khao aor protein ke liye doodh, anda ya paneer PE dhayan do....breakfast acha hona chaiye aur rat me sone se pehle doodh.....iske aapko exercise bhi shuru karni hai, kyuki typhoid joints par asar daalta hai to aapko haatho aur pero ko bend karke unko kholte raho aur sath me cardio exercise bhi karni hai hai....bas ye Kar lo 15 din me weakness door ho jaayegi
