I’m happily a fifteen- year survivor, but I still remember how hard and scary it is to get a cancer diagnosis, no matter what kind or stage it is. Catherine, like the late queen and King Charles, always strives to be kind and to do the right thing. I feel so sad for her that she has to go through this after the challenging several years she has faced personally. The same is true for King Charles.

Having said that I wholeheartedly agree she should be left to fight this battle. Everyone I know who has had cancer has lived with it until it’s come back to take them. And that’s been far too many now. I hope for her young family’s sake and for her’s that she has a full recovery and lives a long and happy life.

I am utterly amazed at the grace, kindness, wisdom and strength of this woman. I completed my cancer treatment last fall and I know the black hole she's had to look into. It's my prayer that the world will give her the time and privacy she deserves. May their love for each other and their children shield them from any more hurt or sense of invasion. What a lady.
