I’ve been listening to the album since it came out. It’s so good.
The scorpion tail is a custom built instrument. It has drums and percussion built into it with foot pedals to play it, also the handles he uses seem to be used to make the electronic sounds but I don't know excactly, I have a feeling it distorts the guitars almost like a whammy pedal or something. It's an insane live performance though!
The new album is great, so many awesome songs and so much variety.
Can confirm that the Album is a certified phenominal time!
They are an amazing band to see live. So much energy from the whole band. Great time
Genuinely in my Top 5 albums of the year. Had never heard of them before the channel but every single released has been a banger and the album is great from start to finish.
Scorpion tail has a synth In it at the top with some levers. Then at the base is a drum. Because Johnny started off as a drummer. So he plays the drums first at shows then unfolds the whole thing gets ontop and plays the synth. Seen them 4 times love now. They are amazing
love the video! only suggestion is anytime you pause the video press the < button in case you paused in the middle of something like a build up. Nothing More is my favorite band from the past year

Spirits is a BANGER! You boys need to do more, even if they don't drop official videos. Dream With Me, Valhalla, The Other F Word, all of them incredible songs you'll love. You guys are really the NM forefront on CZcams, so keep it up!

@@nathandjohnny That's too bad! But at the end of the day, I'm glad you guys could enjoy it without pressure of needing to react to it. What did you guys think? The consensus around the fan base seems to be around 9/10 or 10/10. Also, if the boys get to Australia, drop what you're doing to go. It's worth it, I promise.
This song and Tires of Winning are my favorite songs on the album followed by Stand in the fire

Might be the first nothing more song that has a happy tone, maybe not lyric wise. But the instrumental tone just seems happy to me i guess?
Compared to the usual either sad or agressive tones, this one kinda stands out in that way to me.
I gotta say, the amount of reaction channels that are out there that claim to be “musicians“ or “composers“ and can’t catch things like off time signatures or key changes is infuriating. To see you guys both light up like Christmas morning when the key change happened brought great joy to my little musical heart lol
