While this is cool, it's just that the planet is lost inside of the image. The back light makes it too transparent. The rings especially. It makes that corner look a bit muddy. Maybe less red and added in a cool cooler color in that multiverse vortex to create some contrast because it's very bright. What would happen if you concentrated that back light to be more in the center while getting darker along the edges. Heck, I would like to see one of these with the light source being off center and contained just to see what cool shadowy effects that could be made.

I feel like the vortex itself, too, still just looks more like a sketch and that it could have used a bit more to tie all the aspects of the piece together - like maybe stars to tie in the planet and rubble to tie in the buildings.
I mean, at any rate it's better than anything I could have done and is fantastic, but it definitely feels rushed which is a shame.

But a bigger team, a bigger studio and everything in-between means bigger costs, if a more "well done" video for those extra details would have gotten him double the views on one video, so him not posting another video instead of those extra details, wouldn't mean less views, sure. But realistically speaking, it wouldn't work like that, and even I as a viewer and a fan, I could not justify him losing money that don't go only to him now, but the whole team, for a few extra details, when already I fear he's gonna get burned out.

Jazza! I haven't finished the video yet, and am excited to see how it turns out - BUT I just thought of something you may really like to try... As a scenic artist, a few years back I did a scenic painting retreat where we painted backdrops that were translucent - where you could paint one scene on the front and another on the back using special painting techniques - and when you front lit it, or back lit it, the scene would change! (My assignment was to create a hawaii scene in daylight and sunset and it was awesome). I believe if you look up scenic translucent backdrop you'll find information on how to make it. I know you're also a theatre kid at heart, and I think you'd love this!!!

Imagine somehow adding an infinity mirror behind the artwork, would really sell the 3D or "portal" effect

Looks great for a single day's work. I love the idea. My only complaint is some of the details got lost. With the lighting, it looks more like a rough draft than a final piece. If I had to grade it, it would be an A. Though I'd give myself an F because my skills are on the same level as a 3 year old. Go stick figures!

The coolest thing about this is that it’s not a specific piece that must sit in the box, if jazza ever gets tired of what’s in the multiverse box then he can make another piece, the beauty of art

You could also try layering some acrylic resin on top of a layer when you are done with it to bond it to the next layer above, that way light isn't meeting resistance in the change of refraction between the layers. It doesn't seem like a lot to our eye, but every time there is a material change, the refractive index of the material bends the light passing through, scattering it and making it more murky.

In this video I saw Jazza use something that said Huion on it so it really makes me be able to trust all of the sponsors he's had over the ages. This really makes me realize that Jazza does use his sponsor's items and just builds a new set of trust in him.
Also that piece was so epic.

This is me when I complete an art project I'm proud of lol!
I think as most artists we are hardest on ourselves, and can get insecure at times.
I have learned to not get discouraged when I see other artists farther along in their art journey.
I try and practice everyday, and jazza is one that always helps inspire me to try out new mediums.

I showed my little sister your channel about 6 years ago when I was huge into drawing and it sparked her inspiration to draw as well and not having the luxury of having any art supplies at her age I got her this and the reaction I got telling her that I got it for her was more than with it even if it was over 200 I still would have gotten it for her just for that reaction thank you for being apart of mine and my little sisters lives jazza

Plus with using alcohol markers on the acrylic, you can clean and reuse the acrylic easier if you mess up! With resin it would be bonded to the plastic, but the alcohol markers can be cleaned off with just some rubbing alcohol on a cloth.

Awesome! The same thing but with resin would be really really cool too. Maybe even better! The depth you get with resin surpasses anything you can do with paper.
