My friends, this video was a challenge for me but not for the reasons you may expect--
Editing workout videos requires a lot of focus/creativity and I put a lot of pressure on myself to deliver when my name is on it. So I have delayed doing some workout videos I've filmed (this video was shot in November of 2023) because I have told myself that it's "more work" or "too time consuming since I'm busy doing other things." But if you guys like this content and want more of it, I will rise up and deliver once again.
