Jus take a tester and a small piece of insulated electrical wire ..........place the tester in the positive side and the wire on the earthing side and tap on the head of tester ....if it glows the ...earthing is ok ......or else vice versa!!!

It will not light with neutral and earth poles. Put one wire in Phase and next is in Earth.

I stay in rented house, and the earthing is not there for this house. many of my electronic and electric equipments are gone for toss (like TV motherboard, setup box, Refrigerator and many times the Switches and sockets) Could you please provide any alternative solution to protect my electric & electronic devices.
