मेरे घर में अर्थिंग नही है और मेक्सरेंट आता आता है, दीवार हीट हो रही है और सारे सॉकेट में करेंट है। ये २ दिन से हो रहा है, अर्थिंग वाले से बात की है केमिकल अर्थिंग लगाने की।

Earthing is for safety for the people who comes in contact with electrical machinery/appliance from leakage current . For a good earthing , phase and earthing should be conductive for electricity .

Apko gas welding karna chahiye tha (between copper wire and plate) for ultra best result in future...
Respectfully, I shall add here, that we can bent/fold the metal plates in shapes of round pipe and instead of dogging that much pit it could be bored in the earth upto required depth suitably and extra work can be avoided also instead of cocktail, salt we may used chemically earthing.

Respectfully, Iwish to know that only copper plate is used here but I remember that the GI and copper two plates are used for better earth resesistance I e o.oo1 ohms.

Thank you for nice explanation. Everything appears fine, but could not understand as to why the earthing acts as 'neutral' when the bulb glows connecting base & earth, instead of base & neutral.
Please clarify.
netural is already connected to ground in the power plants and the bulb glows but since ground has high resistance we can't use high watt appliance like oven etc with the live-ground connection so theres a neutral and live both provided at home and earth just in case any current leaks from the live it goes into the ground
Earthing Also work as neutral.
Wire jointing wrong you have to connecting with brase nut bolt between these two wires

@sokil bhai aapne, Earthing ka voltage nahi dekhaya, N-E me ( with Multimeter) earthing ke value agar abnormal aye to bhe problem ho jate hai jaisa ke aapko pata hai.

What is the resistance value of the earthing
Check it with a ' Grounding Resistance Tester '
The value should be below 2 ohm
Then only your earthing is valid
Otherwise its useless
