MW Machines 4x4 brought over this huge Defender 130 to give it that little extra push and boy did we make a beast! 😈
With 351bhp and 813NM, it's certainly not going to be the slowest defender on the field, but what is hidden under the bonnet may surprise a few! 👀

That is a sweet combination. The 130 chassis will calm down the power delivery some, but along with that fabulous gearbox and a driveable map, we are talking about a real weapon. Just move the front seat closer to the centre of the car for my fat backside and shoulders and I'll be round to pick it up
If you guys diversify into Defender/Land Rover, particularly "offroad" type stuff, you'll make a small fortune in my opinion..

Good evening, gentlemen. I haven't commented in a while. I've just been very busy. BUT I DONT NEED TOO Comment , I DONT HAVE TOO CAUSE DSD IS THE BEST IN MY EYES , EVERYTHING DONE IN WORKSHOP IS DONE WITH PASSION & ENTHUSIASM.
Also the way this picks up it would be good for towing and diesel power is a different feeling altogether and is very deceiving especially with a auto gearbox 👌

@@ryanp6138 No fuel pump blowing up no rod, main bearing failures also chain on the front much easier to replace but it also lasts longer
What about the #6 piston melting on M57, even TU2?
@@DarksideDevelopments Lot"s of them runing crazy high hp for long time injectors and maping have to be in good order also cooling of the oil and coolant have to be adequate. Otherwise the best M57 version is the 306D2Tü cast iron single turbo those are the best.
Are you going to tune an ineos grenadier as a comparison?
Would be good to get one in and have a play, not done a lot with the B57 as of yet
Ineos grenadier uses bmw engines
After 50mph in Defender, your on the highway to the danger zone

Can anyone tell me why some cars are down on HP from stock? Surely you can get a refund if your car isn't the power it should be? Talking about new cars obviously
Test conditions v reality? calculated via engine to wheel loss percent ? Engine maps for a broad range of fuel quality over the world ? Built in safety margins ? Stage 1 should undo that and give you expected output. Just guessing here !
Never mind down on power, what about the stated mpg figures, the majority of cars only get half the manufacturer's stated figures

m57 or b57 with twin or quad turbos is much better choice imo but okay i respect that :D
