I guess life is all about the cope. People cope with loneliness by having friends. Cope with hunger by eating. Cope with pain and fear by avoiding danger. For survival and mental health, cope is good, but I don't need all that shit. Cope is a lot of illusion and falsehood, I only need the illusions like video games. Once I can afford a good sex doll I might get one to cope with other carnal needs, but it's not imperative.
I have ADHD as well . It is a evolutionary good genetic survival trait that was from our ancestors when they where hunters and gatherers. Now it's seen as a negative because our society lives sedentary lifestyles but a person with ADHD In a tribe would move alot and hunt more due to being under stimulated and bored easily and give plenty of food by hunting more than average and plus protect the tribe from predators and enemy's because they would pay attention to small details moving , not staying still.
