Weather Better Scrap Boards

Scraps of wood are one of the easiest ways to add detail and scale to a scene. Often they are just stained with an ink wash and glued in place. Here are a few ways to add some extra weathering to make them a bit more realistic.

Great video, simple way to make those scrap pieces really look aged. Do not know if you have it, but either AK , or MIG starship wash is a great grungy color...

Those came out awesome. But when putting boards in place why use the knife tip instead of tweezers ?

I find the best look is using Alcohol ink. brown and gray
