They chat about their mutual love of Elvis and share stories of meeting Priscilla Presley, getting hold of Ronnie Tutt’s drumsticks and being asked to join Scotty Moore and D. J. Fontana on stage at a gig! Sanjeev Bhaskar is a comedian, actor and TV presenter, best known for his work in the BBC Two sketch comedy series Goodness Gracious Me and star of sitcom The Kumars at No. 42. He also recently starred in Richard Curtis & Danny Boyle’s latest film, Yesterday.
Rob Brydon is best known for his work on The Trip, Gavin & Stacey and presenting the BBC One comedy panel show Would I Lie To You?

Sanjeev Bhaskar is a great comic actor. He was excellent in Dinner With Saddam. Whether he’s in a comedy or serious drama, you can be sure it will be better for him being in it.

Natural pairing here of two great comedic actors- I’d love to see them in something together.
Sanjeev was really good in Unforgotten, in a serious part, with Nicola Walker, too!

Another great guest, thanks Rob and Sanjeev. Love the puppet behind Sanjeev, looks like one of the thunderbirds baddies lol, no offence intended ! PS, sorry, I commented before watching the entire video. Kudos to Sanjeev for not taking offence at somebody else doing the Indian accent for his puppet. Props to the Thunderbirds producers for making sure he was okay with the voice too. So much hate these days , look at The Simpsons and the Apu character.

I am sorry for being perhaps a bit rude here, but... Why some men cannot accept greying hair when they get older?
Hair dyeing is maybe not as ridiculous as comb over, but you will ALWAYS see the difference between natural colour and a dye...
I only hope Sanjeev Bhaskar had it done as part of a make up procedure. After all he's an actor.

When he said his son was 14, I couldn't help thinking of those Chewin' The Fat sketches: parents proud that their 14 year old sons had reached a certain developmental milestone that involves a lot of alone time.

Firstly Priscila does not look like priscilla any more in any of those photo's so it really does not work, but Rob has an advantage with the great hair. Sanjeev has too much of an enthusiastic smile Elvis was always too busy trying to look cool for that to happen, so it's Rob by a ton of well applied hair spray .

In regards to that single-child theory, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that in my case, it is absolutely true. All of my closest friends with siblings that I've ever had or have in my 36 years have always been shocked at the relationship I share with my mom. Every time we're together and someone overhears us or whatever, they never ask if we're mother and daughter. It's always assumed that we are sisters. Our conversations sound more like sisters, our arguments sound more like sisters, our mannerisms sound more like sisters. Even my Grandmother, when she gets really angry or annoyed over something and tries to scold my mom or one of her siblings (you know what I mean, when someone gets so wound up that they have to go through everyone's names to find the correct name to yell at lol), MY name gets included with my mom's and her 4 siblings! The only downside to this is that my father was estranged for the majority of my life, until I found him when I was just about to turn 16. He had a family of his own, and that includes my half-sister, who is 12 years younger than I am and in her household, she too is an only child. So my mom, and my step-mom, clashed, HARD. It became some ridiculous competition that I decided to step out of myself. And that's ok. My mom is all I've ever needed and all I will ever need henceforth.

Ok, last comment. Regarding owning things that may or may not have belonged to someone famous... that reminds me of 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown where somebody brought in a tin of toenail clippings apparently belonging to Kate Middleton as their mascot, but for the life of me, I can't remember who!? I get the sentiment & reasoning behind having positive attitudes....but feel it's a little old fashion to be so individualistically focused on our personal journeys getting by. If we're always walking around telling ourselves how lucky we are, not sure how we're going to get round to making things better for those not so unlucky.

Hello Mr bhaskar, chancellor of the university of Sussex, can you stand up and be counted as more than an actor, but a human being who realises that trans activists are trying to get a tutor cancelled and sacked at the uni, at least resign if you don't agree with it

I always try to like Rob Bryden, but there is something so narcissistic about him. He seems to 'name drop' ALL the time, so obsessed with famous people and meeting them like somehow their existence has something to do with him? It's strange and not funny. I enjoyed Sanjeev but couldn't listen to Bryden for more than 5-6 minutes. Every time he opens his mouth on WILTY I cringe as he either misses the whole point being mentioned or brings his ego into it. The antithesis of a charming host.
