Hey, thanks for reminding me, now i need to get the dlc and beat it all before my birthday in a just over a month to shiny hunt the starters with this mark.
This reminds me of how I hunted for a shiny roaring moon on my birthday this year and I got it with th e destiny mark and caught it in a friend ball. It was so cool especially since it was my 1st shiny roaring moon.
The day after was way better though since I got 5 shiny jangmo os and 2 of them was a double shiny on my screen!

My first shiny was a azurill. I had to look up the shiny because I wasn't paying attention.
I tried to get shiny Zorua and shiny Snivy with the Destiny Mark for my birthday because the Snivy line are my favorite starters and Zoroark is my favorite Pokemon! Unfortunately, it didn't work out. I didn't even get a shiny Snivy at ALL! Still, happy for you and happy birthday!
(Also, I got shiny Arbok, 2 shiny Beldum, and shiny Mudkip)
