    Ankle sprains as well as lower leg fractures(fixated with plates and screws) can be ridden on gingerly earlier than one might imagine.

    Hi I’m injured at the minute with a back injury causing sciatica . Been off the bike 2 week now . What plan should I take when I come back hopefully next week . I’ve finished speciality phase around 4 week ago . Should I go back and do speciality over again?
