The good news is the gaming industry does not have an endless supply of money like Hollywood. Microsoft can't continue to take Ls and neither can Sony with Playstation. It will be another year of failures and then this stuff will start to go away. New Studios will pop up without that crap. Then others will copy the successful studios as they always do.

I liked crafting weapons and armor and the mounts were a great addition but I wish there was more content for them
The main story felt rushed while side content was relatively bare bones
Combat is tactical an intuitive yet character progression is limited compared to earlier installments
Inquisition while fun was wasted opportunity to explore the wider scope of Thedas

same here, that´s the kind of game where story (if any) can easily be skipped, you could technically have a dei game with good gameplay, in which case i don´t care. i play anything with good gameplay but in that case i´d have to pirate that on moral grounds.

I LOVED the last Dragon Age game as well. Bought it for myself one Christmas in a sale. I got all the DLC and the game of the year edition, or whatever it was, and had a great couple of weeks off work really diving in to the game

I like the idea of telling African stories because that would actually be diversity. Not in the woke way of saying it but in a natural sense of it. Like there’s a lot of European stories that have been told but not as many from other cultures. But it would only be good if they left politics and woke messaging out of it and actually told the story.

It hurts....truly this was a game franchise (Dragon Age) I adored due to my grandma getting me Orgins! I remember creating a new character every time to check out all the backgrounds. 😅
At a time, I had considered getting a Nintendo Switch, and then Nintendo of America went all in on DEI, and now I'm going to get a portable Steam deck instead.

Steam deck is the best investment I've made. It's been soo great having a lil machine to help cut through my backlog. Non of which are DEI games. It's great.

I have never gone from eager anticipation to mortified disinterest regarding a game release, like I have recently.
No one, and i repeat, NO ONE in consulting ever sold a project without some kind of personal contact with the buyer, even if only to get in the selection pool
