Just like we jumped from BS4 to BS6 directly, we should directly jump to E100 Flex Fuel Engines . . . .

If possible, it is better to wait for purchasing E20 ready Vehicles as E20 petrol will cost less then normal petrol.

No, Goverment will not reduce petrol prices even after E20 blending because it'll be applied to all over India

100 % ethanol ready vehicles are coming with flex engines. You can use 100% petrol Or 100 % ethanol in the same vehicle.

IMHO its a great idea not to put one's eggs all into the one basket i.e batteries/EVs! IMHO for such a populous nation such as India it could diversify its next gen biofuel/low emissions program by having ethanol, methanol, LPG and CNG so no one feedstock is heavily depended on? Preferably all these biofuels would be produced domestically to ensure energy security and create more jobs/business opportunities? For compression ignition (aka diesel engines) Scania has a CI engine that runs on ED95 which was found to be even cleaner burning with MD95 so even CI engines can run on ethanol/methanol with 5% ignition improver added in! DME is also able to run on CI engines...

But with fast tag you did save fuel and precious time at the tolls... Otherwise unnecessary burn fuel .. standing in queue for manual toll payment
