I love games like these, no fighting, no trying to uncover what happened to you friend 30 years ago, no warding off any killer paranormal beings... just delivering the mail by a lake and enjoying the views.
The trailer makes it seem like a lifetime movie. All the game needs is a holiday setting. It has all the beats: Busy business city woman, small town, and reconnecting with a love interest.

i've already played this game, bought it on steam a year ago. it's so nice, it's relaxing and interesting. if you're having a stressful day this game is the perfect solution, nothing better than driving around a beautiful small town surrounded by mountains and trees and next to a huge lake. really, like i actually enjoyed it and i recommend it 100%

This game surprisingly hooked me. The soundtrack is great driving around the truck and alot of the customers and characters are memorable. Definitely recommend as someone who barely ever plays games like this. Expect absolute chill vibes.

I might have missed what this game is about, but it would be cool to have a town with npc’s with their own personalities within a town where ya can do whatever ya want in. Lots of replay value and can even make expansions with new characters and places

I played this game a few months ago and absolutely loved it. So peaceful with lovely storylines no matter which outcome you choose.
They are doing something different, and I respect that. I hope all goes well with the game.

I love how they have intentionally left out the juicy bits of the trailer. The whole time I felt it was going to take a dark turn and it never did. Now I want to buy it to find out what I'm missing out on😂 Touché marketing team

@@lukejensen1431 there's drug references (you can smoke pot with some specific couple,) alcohol, and sexual stuff is only implied. The "darkest/juciest" thing that happens isn't even fully explained you only learn tidbits through her dad, and a few npcs. Which wouldn't be a bad thing, but you end up not truly knowing what the ramifications of your choices towards that situation are. Aside from that the game is wholesome asf and simply about a woman who is burnt out at work and looking to take a break.

@@ElectronicMusicHQ here's what the representatives of the game said. There was a ban on the game in Australia because of very short and mild references to soft drugs in one or two scenes so they had to re classify it.

I was shocked to see that there was no twist in the end of the trailer about this game really being something about murder or serial killings or anything to do a comlete 180 to the soothing narrators voice. Nope. It in fact seems just like a lovely pleasant game.

I love quaint games like this, reminds me a little bit of the atmospheric feel of "Dear Esther" or "Life Is Strange"..games along these lines. A Cascadian ambiance is unparalleled regardless of supposed location of where this takes place lol

Peaceful town, beautiful surroundings, like the time is paused here. Devs sensed the right opportunity when a lot of people around the world haven't been able to travel in last few years. So, this is taking them there.
Having played this on a computer, it's one of the most beautiful games and quite the stress reliever after a tiring workday!
This was exactly how I played this, on PC. Steam recommended it to me while it was on sale and it's the PERFECT stress relief. I enjoyed the characters and everyone's views on life, it was so wholesome.

@@skycole707 it's very very weird ... I didn't at all experienced anything close to M during my whole play through. There are some scenes where there is a talk about drugs and gambling but it's very heart lighted approach. Why is it anything above

It’s rated 16 in Europe. Alcohol, smoking and cursing. So no blood or smt weird.
It’s been out on Xbox for a while, I played it and loved it. There’s something in the game that requires an M but it’s not anything shocking.

It's actually all spelled out in the trailer. Basically a game where you learn about people either directly or as you deliver their mail. Probably nothing else beyond that.

Played this on the pc through xbox game pass and love it. The scenery is beautiful and really peaceful, the characters are memorable. It's such a chill game. Loved it and definitely recommend.

This trailer filled me with FOMO and nostalgia I never knew I had.
It has “Life is Strange” vibes because both games take place in the PNW (Washington, Oregon)
This game (and other's like it) are the reason people like Game Pass. Game-Pass doesn't have many day-one blockbusters, but it has a SLEW of great indies.. It would be nice to have many games like this on the new Playstation Plus Extra tier.

This trailer tries to sell *mundanity* , something of which nearly every game that has ever existed, even those of non-violent and/or non-fantastical premises, tried to do everything within their budget and creative power to avoid.
I'm mildly curious if this game is gonna be a some kind of statement about how exhaustive we have been in trying to find entertainment from consuming things that revel on the unusual, curated and extreme, when there's joy in living a normalcy to the fullest.
Based on your quick analysis here, you should *really* play this game
"Deliver mail for two weeks... or don't. Do something once your job is over... or don't. Reconnect with old friends and acquaintances... or don't. The choice is yours!"
Felt strange by the end of the trailer not seeing a zombie attack or whatever other weird disaster usually happening in a game
