Class Prep for Diaphragm/Breath/Voice: Systemic Connections

Had a great class prep discussion for Saturday's workshop (bit.ly/32uJXAM) with my friend and colleague Ben Korta. Among other things, we tangled with a question that often arises in bodywork and other holistic therapies:
How do we build an effective session around a structure -- like the diaphragm/breath -- with such sprawling functional connections? How can we avoid getting lost?
The short answer is, you will get lost. The real question is, can you find your way again? Check out this brief discussion of navigating complexity in a clinical context.
