I was obsessed with this game so much as a kid. When I was bored, I just watched all the cutscenes of this and memorized them word for word. Still got it.
I did the same. But not for Daxter. I didn't have a PSP, only a PS2 with all the Jak games. I remember, it was a sunny & boring sunday morning, I was just a child behind his TV, watching all the cutscenes of Jak 3 with a bowl of cereals. 15:50 Errol's voice actor's delivery was perfect there. Looking back It sucks Jak 3 was rushes in it's one year release. I think they should have given it a good 3-4 years production, so much potential from these great people.

I really think it would be really funny to see the two Daxters arguing with each other! At the beginning of the game, Samos would probably say something like "Two Daxters!? I recently finished Jak 2 and am currently playing Jak 3. My PSP broke before I could finish Daxter so this was kinda neat to see. I like how they put Count Veger in here as he wasn't in Jak 2, it makes the story of the series feel more whole and complete. The ending kinda felt like an anti-climax though.
Samos was always hard on Daxter. It was nice to have a character that was old and sagely that wasn't a complete asshole to him....case in point, Osmo/Ozmo was a nice addition to the jak franchise. I wish that naughty dog would continue this franchise instead of just putting ps2 games on ps4. Im fine with them doing uncharted and last of us, but come on what happened to crash and jak?

I had an epiphany. Veger said "These eco freaks won't save us." Plural? He also didn't specify 'Dark' Eco. That means that the Baron was experimenting with other types too. The only reason that Jak was strong enough to break out of prison was because of Dark Eco. And seeing how he was the only survivor of the "DARK Warrior Program," that explains why he was the only experiment to escape. Throughout Jak II, there are probably a dozen others still inside the Fortress being experimented on. The poor souls.

The mission in the game is to then follow the vehicle until it reaches the palace. From there Daxter learns where Jak is and makes plans to break in to rescue him, which leads to the beginning of Jak II.
I have a friend who pretty much hates this game almost as much as the lost frontier, my main argument for him is that this game made the effort to maintain the writing and visual style of Jak 2.
Whaaat, that's crazy. Daxter's my favorite in the whole series because it's a great Action Platformer with great game mechanics that are both complex and simple, but to each is their own I guess.
People seem to forget or just not know, that Ready At Dawn made this game. Yes while they collaborated with Naughty Dog, RAD did most of the work since it's considered their game. Those who don't know who RAD is, they made The Order 1886.
MrFilmfan88 Besides The Order being mostly a movie, the game itself is easily the most realistic looking video game I have ever seen, it is fucking gorgeous.
MegaDrainProductions It may be nice looking, but its kind of a bad game. Its just a bland shooter, at least Daxter and the two God of War games were solid games first and foremost, instead of disappointing tech demos.

Dexter is a beast, I love how at the end he looks at the tan girl and she looks at him because she likes him and he likes her. So now he has 2 girlfriends. I think he likes her more though

Ready at dawn knew how to follow characters and plots when making a jak game unlike high impact games
