@@apexkevv8904 The developers are giving ATL vouchers so that purchasers have a choice. Not everyone wants or needs A/C so you can use the voucher to purchase or not.
Beverley Palmer NO!! AC should be mandatory at that price. All up scale houses should have a mandatory emergency generator and AC. A good split unit cost just 200 thousand Jamaican dollars are less a emergency back up generator cost the same are less. If I’m going to pay 30-35 million for a house that doesn’t have these amenities I’m just wasting my time. My children are almost grown and I’m starting to look for a nice property to come home so the children can visit.
Enamel Larry purchasers are given a choice. Not everyone uses/likes air conditioning, but I certainly get where you’re coming from. I appreciate your comments.

This is really nice, would have been better if it was a little bigger, the rooms could have been bigger, the kitchen and living room is cramp. I noticed that the house is less than 2000 square feet and smaller house is 1200 square feet, that small. I would also love some more modern fixtures.

Pretty home. One consistent downside I continue to see, no matter which builder or realtor is advertising, is poor landscaping. Why? Jamaica is so gorgeous; is it that it's not a priority in the selling/marketing strategy, or is there a lack in resources for that skill? The entrances to these communities look so worn and in lack, as well. It's not enticing to have to spend more money upon immediately moving in, to create a beautiful exterior. Also, why is it that the bedroom windows are always positioned where the bed head is suited? Has the building code changed over the years? Seems like a window on either side would look attractive and make the most sense. What's the situation with the steps to enter the home? It looks like raw concrete with no finish and has an awkward and unsophisticated style. When I see "Country Club," I have a certain concept in mind...this isn't it.

I like the house. I like the fact that the master bathroom has a shower and bath tub. I see a whole debate about the house coming without A/C units and I can see their point of view though the diaspora living aboard with the superiority complex in the comment section are a bit much but that's opinions. Everybody has them including me.
I like the property. It really isn't bad. The yard space to the back is small but to the side, it's nice. I don't think they should have planted all the palm trees so close together like that because when they get bigger, it can be an issue. Over all, the place nice. It nice.

Very much a residential area and popular location for people who do not want town living (Kingston) but still close enough to commute. Its the capital and largest town in the parish of Clarendon.

That is not worth 31 million. N the toilet i saw in the bathroom is around 10 grand at cobys hardware. The faucet is around thee same. . .
If u go havendale u get very hughe bck yard. N my space im living in vineyard estates is way bigger than tht u showed. N there is not even enough space to add on. U all are robbers.
