What is the projected HOA fees? How much if any?
Fees are currently estimated at JMD$15,000 per month. Bear in mind that the home owners, after forming the Home Owner's Association, can determine fees after.
What's the price range, is there any room for expansion, will there be a club-house with gym... is there a mall or an excellent area for entertainment nearby, what about tourism in the area, will it be a gated community, and sorry y'all it's my vacation investment, how far is the nearest ghetto? Will there be another development closer to the tourism area and the beaches? I would love to buy please email me with answers to my many questions.

The 3bed 3 bath is poorly designed and look so cheap comparing to the 3bed 3bath no wonder I have never seen a video of it until I start showing interest. Not even an island
