What's the purpose of those balconies
U are so right, Clarendon n May Pen is being underapreciated and overlooked, even by the government. This city has so much potential to grow, but needs the backing from the government, just like what we're seeing in Old Harbour, Mandeville n even Spanish Town.
I know its a Airbnb but what was the price of the property. In case of anymore development in the area in the future

May Pen lacks nice places to stay, so this place as well as other well maintained Airbnb may be a game changer.
I would not purchase this place for my personal space to reside. In my opinion, it's more suitable for short term visits, because of the lack of space and storage areas.
What's the purpose of the balcony?
Most apartment buildings are done with balconies aa there is no backyard

I know that! However, when the tour was done, there was no access to the balcony. Hence my question!!
@@bbhjh8536 it's not a balcony but a covered porch to prevent persons opening the front door from getting wet if it's raining.

it's a beautiful home but I'm bias as I went to GHS.
You do need a car in that area.
In that area off Glenmuir road are some older homes that are great for fixer uppers.
Clarendon has some good value homes just need the right person to make them to remodel and make into a new home.

Delpratt the design is nice but the only or big fault is the maintenance door that can be open from the outside these door can be easily torn off with clawbar by criminal I am a contractor in UK and Europe and some time in the US . if you can get a word into the contractor or the head of the architect office tell them to change the opening of the door to be open inside please
Entrance doors all over the world and for various types of real estate (commercial and residential) are mainly built to open outward.
People really dont know how practically arrange furniture.
