- Stuck inside during a global apocalypse, Mike and Jay decide to discuss some stuff that everyone already talked about months ago. In part 1, they dig into everyone's favorite nightmare meme, Tiger King, as well as The Invisible Man, ironically one of the last big movie to play in theaters before they...disappeared.

@Redresseny Honestly, with the fact that reality seems to be more and more resembling the horrific comedy that Half In The Bag was and is, I think they've been trying to step up their game in terms of weird, horrific shit in order to stay ahead of things. The Tiger King Subreddit basically became entirely suicide jokes
I knew Joe when I was younger, he’s not a joke
I live in Tampa and the actually cat sanctuary is humane. But Carole is nuts so I wish someone healthy and normal bought it from her.
I think part of it comes from how ridiculous the entire thing is, my friends came to the conclusion the most normal person on that show was the guy who said "Well ye my guys killed a cop so what was I meant to do? NOT hide the body?"
I mean when that is your standard of sanity the bar is so low it enters the realms of surrealness.
Edit: Just remembered that part of it is also how the people don't realise how scummy they are almost makes it funny, especially when some of the editing. Like when I think Baskin is saying about how Joe doesn't pay his staff much and they need to eat the best of the meat for the animals, they then edit to her saying about how she has free volunteers... and completely doesn't get that she isn't on the morale high-ground.
I didn't make it through the first episode before I was disgusted with everyone involved in the show. And now I just find it funny how we've got a lot of people who are effectively saying: "You gotta wear 3 masks and get the vaccine! But look at this silly goofy haha funny Tiger King show!"

I think one of the best aspects of The Invisible Man was how it felt like a good old fashioned story. No sequel bait. No Dark Universe nonsense tucked away anywhere. It was just a solid story with an ending. It was refreshing.
The ending sets up a sequel and the Dark Universe. The invisible suit is Chekhov's gun.
@@georgemoua7349 If you look at the suit as Chekhov's Gun then by the end of the film it would have fulfilled it's purpose in the narrative. My initial point is that this film told a complete story.
