This is amazing, a lot more safer than switching the rails I’m assuming. I noticed you can also use some of the cushions from the ek to fill up the pan!
I would recommend filling the pan with expansion foam so the seat doesn't sink in

Im bouta use this tutorial to swap pans from my 99 civic ex to some 88-91 prelude seats. Only thing im scared of is getting access to the upper portion and the bolt holes matching. Wish me luck yall.
Worked out aight. The back of the civic pans didint necessarily match, but with some modifications and compromises it works well. Prelude bucket sears in a 99 ex. Too comfy.

I have a 91 hatch dx would it work as well as the crx si seats I'm not sure if the 88-89 crx and 90-91 are the same or different? I want to use the crx si seats for the 91 hatch dx can I still use the Ek Pan to make this work please lmk thank you in advance✌🏼
Yes you can. But if you have the factory 91 hatch seats would be best to use for fitment. The EK seats work but I’ve noticed a slight twist in the seat.
hey had a question. is there airbags inna honda civic 2017 seat or should thga not be a concern
I’ve never dealt with air bag seats before so I would say it will be harder. But I would say it should still be able to done.
