- Dominique learns Angela's history and is suspicious when the FBI is hacked. Angela confronts Darlene about her and Elliot creating fsociety after remembering the masks originate from a movie they watched many times as kids.

Angela settles the E Corp v Washington Township lawsuit, and through Price, she's reassigned to the Risk Management division. But she oversteps boundaries at her first director's meeting. fsociety is able to interrupt Price's bailout vote. Mr. Robot admits to Elliot that they shot Tyrell. Elliot fixes Ray's website, but also alerts the FBI via the internet after seeing they are selling slaves, drugs and heavy weapons on the Dark Net. Ray realizes what Elliot has done and feeling remorse, lets Elliot go as the FBI arrive. Mr. Robot encourages Elliot to be a leader, making peace with him to benefit them both. A gang attacks Elliot for shutting down Ray's website but Leon stops them; he works for the Dark Army, protecting Elliot for Whiterose. Leon tells Elliot he'll get a letter and to do what it says.

As an IT guy myself I have to say: it is so fucking refreshing that not everything a "computer person" does makes any noise.
The "no data found" scene worked flawlessly without beeping and honking error sounds as well!

Angela is a very underestimated character, outside and inside the series. She had a right to be angry here, I mean, how would you feel that the people closest to you commit the crime of the century against a company that you and they have been hating for years and they don’t not even tell you? And after months they only contact you to help them on something that could risk everything you've been working for, and still don’t tell you.
Idk why her character gets so much hate. My favorite character is Tyrell but angela is close behind

Her redemption arc would have been amazing. It's too bad she had to be killed off due to a bad breakup :(.
I'm referring to her redemption arc because the line from Dom "Whatever this is, it isn't you.". That's brilliant, Dom sees it too. Angela has to dissociate from herself to do anything post 5/9 hack on(hence the constant mantras and emotionless looks). That would have been so great if she had an Elliot moment at the end.

@@zr1129 I let go of this idea. the actress that played Anglea did leave, but maybe it was meant to be. the outcome might be greater than what it could have been.
This scene between them had me so anxious. Dom is such a good character. And Angela’s face as she’s talking about her story. She genuinely looks terrified.

It is a big thing in the show they do the same thing with the freedom tower in a lot of shots my favorite example is the shot where Scott Knowles burns the money in battery park city

The most uncomfortable thing to me in the scene with Dom and Angela was the fact that Angela's monitor was not only so low, but tilted down. What kind of ergo hell was that?

Big shout out to the director (and writer) Sam Esmail on this one. This whole clip is a piece of art especially the framing at the doorway to the apartment. First saw this "lack of looking distance" in "The King's Speech" but the subtle depth of field background takes it further. Superb production. Superb series.
I miss this show.

I love that blank look she gives the From Big Island. Like she is looking right through her. Like she is daring the agent to ask another foolish question.

Angela made me got into her character. My heart is racing. Such realistic acting.
As an IT person I have a hard time believing the FBI wouldn't use keyloggers and be able to monitor everything she typed at any moment on any device. They do it to us, why would they not be watching this employee from behind the scene before even confronting her.
Do you not know the context? They weren't on to her, she just saw her on that floor
@@ChrisM-qo1jc (i havent watched the show, only this clip so if i say something wrong mb) i think he's talking about just completely in general with it being the FBI, not having any keylogging device installed where anyone can just sorta walk in and pretend to be someone. As well, as for security purposes, my college even has something like this where every restart makes it completely factory reset, no matter what. Plus it's not like the FBI doesn't know your credentials anyways, so keylogging wouldn't be a big issue.

Answering questions is definitely risky, but there are situations where not answering them can cause unnecessary scrutiny to come your way. Like in a justified defensive shooting: If you refuse to answer ANY questions at the scene, then the police will proceed as if it were a homicide; if you simply say, "the dead guy attacked me, I defended myself, there's the evidence, there's the witnesses, I will cooperate with the investigation after I talk with my lawyer," that may make things go a lot smoother.
@@georgevanhoose6333 You have the right to remain silent. A silence will not be used against you in criminal case as long as you invoke your rights in doing so. But yeah, it only works in criminal cases and if you are under arrest or already being investigated.

I HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATED Dom when I first watched the show!! Whole time she was on screen pinning one of the main characters against the wall it was because she was obsessed and psychotic, not because she was just doing her job or something. Being alone can make someone a weirdo really fast.
