Apple Buns Recipe
1 apple, cleaned, cut into small.
250g all-purpose flour
1½ tsp instant dry yeast
3 tbsp sugar or more
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten (take 1 tbsp to apply later).
3 tbsp butter, melted.
125ml warm milk
Chopped almonds if you prefer
Powdered sugar for dusting.
Apple can be substitute with other solid fruits/pumpkin/sweet potato, etc.

Resep Roti Apel
1 buah apel, bersihkan, potong kecil-kecil.
250 gr tepung serbaguna
1½ sdt ragi kering instan
3 sdm gula pasir atau lebih
1/2 sdt garam
1 butir telur, kocok (ambil 1 sdm untuk dioleskan nanti).
3 sdm mentega, lelehkan.
125ml Susu hangat
Almond cincang jika Anda suka
Gula halus untuk taburan.
Apel bisa diganti dengan buah padat lainnya/labu/ubi jalar, dll.

Pada suhu ruang max 3 hari. paling baik dihangatkan dulu supaya tetap dapat empuknya. Atau simpan di freezer utk beberapa minggu.

At room temperature max for 3 days store in a bread box or ziplock. I suggest to reheat before eating.

I don't recommend to store homemade bread in the fridge.
How much is 250g flour? Can I use 250g bread flour instead? How much measurement in cups?
Hi Pamela, the cup size in my recipe for all-purpose flour is 125g per cup. (so 250g = 2 cups) I recommend using a kitchen scale.

Hi..in this recipe dont we have to knead the dough for 10-15 mins like we do while making breads.
Hi for this recipe we only need to stir the dough. You can use handmixer too with spiral attachment.
