An I played that game for years, bought tons of overpriced cosmetics, and studied the pro play to get better. In the end, the game was casual city. Where even pros sometimes looked like Iron IV players lol. I moved onto League, and never regretted it.
An in League, as long as you don't FEED your brains out, you always have a chance to comeback and be relevant. It was the same thing with SMITE. Only Brandon was a shitter lol.

Games like this are why I joined his stream every once in a while. If he was winning I wouldn't bother watching, but if he was losing, it was so entertaining watching him twist things to make it like it was 100% their fault while he was playing flawlessly. It was SO entertaining to watch. I miss him. Not only his streams, but I'm pretty sure he's dead. After having to work as a rookie in Taco Bell due to having 0 useful skills outside videogames, and being fired for talking to his bosses the same way he talks to anyone, he must have been fired so many times, that's the only possible outcome.

Well he was master or grandmaster. As much as I hate the attitude of that guy he was still above 99 percent of the playerbase for a long time. His ego was of course even higher thinking he was better than everyone else in the lobby or at pro level. Which he clearly wasn't close to. But I think it is fair to say he was still better than most of the CZcams comments calling him bad. (Objectively seen) Which isn't to surprising since he literally played smite all day everyday
@@XIplupIX DM was definitely nowhere near being a top player. Smiteguru has his KDA at 1.95 which is not good, especially for someone who was so serious and such a tryhard all the time and played the extreme amount he did. A real pro player is someone like Adapting who has a 2.99 KD ratio (funny because that's also exactly what my old KDA was, I got curious and looked to compare myself). DM was getting carried by his friends and a few pro players all the time while being a feeder. That is why he was such a rager. His expectations for himself were too high and he couldn't cope with the reality of his skill level.
Just look at his games and you see so many goofy mistakes he makes. He never looks at the map before fighting, he has no awareness, he has no mechanical skill (lol you see him blink and try to 2 in mid to steal the thor's kill?). Then he makes up excuses for why he failed. Like even in this game he left the Arthur's blue up for a full minute and then has the nerve to say the Arthur should build differently so that he doesn't run out of mana. It's crazy.
How Hirez took this long to ban this person boggles my head. Like this person doesnt even treat other people like a human being, he tries to make others feel miserable every single waking moment. Also complaining about others doing nothing? Morrigan single handedly turned the tables on the Ao kuang at the 10 minute gold fury, all DM did was to chaac ult an ao kuang who was retreating with a geb shield and only managed to break the geb shield. Also defending T2 towers against a team with FG. Dont get me wrong the ne zha player was not the best , but like personal attacks due to being bad or new to a game is IMO not ok in any scenario.
They didn't ban him cuz he was the number 1 SMITE twitch streamer, losing him was not an option but after sexual assault stories they decided to ban him. that's top of my head tho
