She was such a great character it's sad she changed so much and suddenly decided to fit it.

Yeah :/ but i liked the old franky better. She basically forgot her passion for the stop motion movie and started hanging out with people that did not bring her many things tbh.. except drugs and booze and some laughs but not that much.. Ahah sorry for the rant this is my least favorite gen..

@@chaimoss That's not true. I know some really cool people who never fit in and never got influenced by what's popular or in fashion. I actually wish there was more representation of those kind of people on tv, so more kids would take them as an example for being themselves.

They really turned her into the single worst character on the show. She was just as much as fault for Graces death as Matty was. In fact, she's the main reason Grace died. Yet only Liv called her out for it.
She tried to ruin Mini's life by forcing her to run away and deleting Alo's message. That episode completely ended any redemption for her character.

I despised her in s6 they made her into one of the most truly awful characters of the entire show for me. I will never forgive her for her part in graces death and then blamed the entire thing on matty. I’m no fan of nick at all but even he deserved better than her.
The final cherry on top of the shit sandwich with Franky:
When she meets her sister, who tells her that their mom has passed on, likely by s*****e or drugs. Franky tells her that she should've done more to save her mom. You don't fucking say that! Even though it turns out Franky's sister lied about it, Franky didn't know that and still said something horrific to her own sister.
Franky is the type of person who thinks that because she has problems, nobody else's problems matter. Franky doesn't deserve the people in her life who actually care about her.

People need to stop hating on Franky so much. She didn't change as dramatically as so many like to say she did; she always had a tendency toward violence and she always struggled to connect and feel comfortable with people. By the time series 6 started she was starting to wonder if committed romantic relationships were really for her, because maybe they weren't and there's nothing wrong with that. Then she lost one of her closest friends and took it badly, resorting to violence as a coping mechanism. She continued to experiment with her clothing (as we saw her do throughout series 5 as well). And for those thinking she just stopped being androgynous in series 6 because her hair grew a couple of inches, she stopped binding, occasionally experimented with makeup, and wore a dress like a total of three times really need to get over the idea that androgyny=masculine, because they're obviously missing the point of androgyny.

To me Franky is the most relatable character on Skins. Her reactions made sense to me because her story was so similar to mine. She didn't really change she just started to show how she feels. I don't see why people say she was a bitch because Effy has done so much stupid shit but no one gives a fuck about that. Majority of people who watch skins are teenager who romanticize mental illness and drugs and can't see beyond things that are a cover up for actually feelings.I hope when you all grow up you'll rewatch skins and actually take something from it.

I think that in itself at the beginning the character of Franky was very good, she was an innocent, good girl with a dark past (because in her other school they bullied and harassed her) but I think that later they changed the character too much and they stained her a lot since the became the "bad" as she forced Mini to flee and deleted Alo's message, plus much of Grace's death was her fault and she even hurt one of her parents as if it were their fault.
Franky was so ~mysterious~ and distant all the time but there was nothing deep or cool about her. She was like Effy but not as cute and more of a tryhard, in my opinion.

I think there's no generation that is better than the other! They are all different so it's tricky to compare them! We can have fave seasons because some are more entertaining but all generations rock in their own way!! ;)
