Impact testing acceptance criteria for carbon steels as per ASME Section 8 Div 1 /API 510 Exam

As per ASME Section 8 Div 1 UG 84C(6) A retest is required if the Average values of 3 specimens greater than or equal to the minimum value permitted and more than one value is less than the required average value.

The toughness value less than the minimum value permitted.
Average value is given in fig UG84.1
Minimum value permitted is 2/3 of Avg. Value.
