For upto 2" 2hrs + 15 min Our thickness 65mm Upto 2" ( 50.8mm) 2hrs Remaining thickness (14.2mm) As per condition over 2" Every 1" 15 minutes 1 minute =0.59mm 14.2*0.59 =9 minutes approximately Total 2hrs 9minutes

sir how do you calculate for " 15 mm - 9 Minutes" ?
The calculation should be: 15minutes / 25.4mm = .59055 then multiply by 15mm = 8.858 or 9minutes
My vessel SA516 GR 70, shell 22 thk, medium : ethanol ,For this case PWHT is required...?

how got 9 minute for 15mm?
15 mins for additional inch(25.4mm)hence for 15 mm thickness =
25.4 mm thickness 15 min
Then for 15mm how much?
15*15=225 / 25.4 = 8.85 then 9 mins
