We were sitting on the Beach waiting for the sunset, but had to check the store 😊 to see what was exciting. Those rustic whelks were wonderful. I couldn't believe all the beautiful Moons waiting for you and the color on the Surf Clam was really nice. Great storm finds. Thanks for letting us tag along while we stayed dry.

I love all the stuff you found. The moons,waved welks and stifsony(I can't spell it ) are soo pretty, I Love how rustic they are! Those big surf clams are beautiful just as they are but they would also be beautiful decoupaged.

Totally off topic but you have to see "The Why Files: The Horrors of Plum Island" (if you can get past the several minutes of bad cheesy conversation with his CGI fish and a cheesy plug for razors). I kept saying "this can't be THE SAME Plum Island - WHAAAT" In fact I'm still a little freaked out. Is there another Plum Island?😮 Gorgeous shells!!

We love and subscribe to your channel and are planning a day trip from Washington DC to look for shells at Plum Island. We'd love to find some mega moons especially. The problem is that we don't know which beaches to go to. Can you recommend some places to find shells, especially mega moons, at Plum Island? We've tried to Google it, but can't find any specific information on where to find shells.

Are you able to dip the moon shells or surf clams in muriatic acid to remove that outer white layer, or doesn’t work that way with those shells. Would you loose the colors of the shells? I have done it with my FL shells and works wonders!! Love those mega moons and the colors!!
