On top of all that, we’re in a recession right now, and they need to save their money! Altogether, I’d say the boys at Good Good are doing a fantastic job, and they’ve earned everything they have. Nobody knows the future, but population growth rates in north Denton / Collin counties will keep increasing the value of that home.
Especially with Brookside (pga) being so close.
That's a main reason I didn't want to sell it for the offer I got. Don't want to rent it to the general public because it's pretty nice inside and don't want it to get destroyed. HOA will likely outlaw VRBO and corporate leases so here we are!
