The Netflix series "The Toys That Made Us" has a Transformers episode that answers it, cause the franchise is kind of a clusterfuck since it didn't really have a plot until brought to the US where they then mashed 2 different toylines into 1, gave them new names, and even switched around some characters morality.

Just FYI "Gundam Wing" is the name of just one Gundam series. Overall it's simply the "Gundam" franchise. The upcoming DeathBattle is likely going to be G1 Optimus vs the original RX-78-2 Gundam (nicknamed by the villains as the "White Devil") from "Mobile Suit Gundam" piloted by Amuro Ray.

That is no longer a power that Carnage has, and even if it were he can still be affected by heat, and simply no longer has a weakness to it. A sufficient explosion can kill him. Inb4 the strength of an explosion is highly dependent on the distance from the center as well as if the explosion has anywhere to go(open area vs closed room). Once Lucy has Carnage pinned down with her Vectors it'd be a pointblank explosion from all directions which is more than Carnage has ever had to take in canon.
theblasblas Fair points, however you forgot something. I'm much faster than they made me out to be. They also omitted my Danger Sense don't confuse this with my omnidirectional sense. Danger Sense is like Spider-Man's Spider Sense. It wouldn't matter whether the vectors were invisible or not as I'd still be able to know where they would be at all times. Besides, I've entered the microverse. If I did this, Lucy wouldn't know where I would be and all I'd have to do is climb up her ass and then enlarge and she's dead.
12:55 - If Carnage had really been on his stuff, he could've entered Lucy's bloodstream right here and become a Symbiote-Dyclonius hybrid. would've been awesome, but then of course we would be left with the question of who won, and we can have THAT be the ending to a DEATH BATTLE.....

Elfen Lied was one of my favorite animes in college. I barely remember it now, but it feels good to see Lucy owning it in Death Battle.

The problem is that it wouldn't have worked because I've regenerated from worse. The gene bomb they talked about was also a hydrogen bomb that split my atoms apart. However, I still survived it. Not to mention my Darkhold enchantment made me a god and gave me immunity to sound and heat based attacks.

Transformers is originally a Japanese anime. It was brought to America to produce the toyline and the cartoon came from it. But it is an anime. Gundam came out first in the year 1979 and Transformers G1 came out in 1984.

I only got back to watching some older Death Battles and this one was nuts. Two very crazy and brutal opponents. That's what you get for killing dogs Carnage. Some messed up backstories for both. I did like the idea of this matchup though since fighting someone like Lucy has to be pretty insane with almost all her attacks being invisible. You need someone like Carnage who can survive the opening attack without her scoring an instant kill.
The result works well enough for me. The ability to create a nuke level explosion would produce enough heat, especially with a symbiote's weakness to that.
Nobody is gonna talk about that Dwayne is wearing the All That T-shirt.

Dwayne N Jazz Transformers G1 is an American cartoon. The cartoon aired in 1984 to 1987, it was the first Transformers cartoon, then after it finished, Transformers Beast Wars aired in the 1990's. Transformers was a Japanese toyline that was brought to America by Takara and Hasbro (technically meaning the series started in Japan), but the tv series made for the American toyline was a cartoon not an anime, however it got an anime continuation in japan, which ignored the original ending in America, because of how popular it was. {Sorry for this massive pile of info}

It came down to exploding him, but I'm not exactly sure that should've beat him. I'm gonna do some research on that.
Carnage should totally have won the fight. They really lowballed his reaction time, the speed feat they gave him was nowhere near his best. His best would be when he reacted fast enough to tag Nova out of the air, that kind of speed should give him the reaction time and natural speed he would need to dodge and get around the vectors. Not to mention, when he did manage to hit her, he totally could have planted the symbiote inside her, hen pulled it back to him, and essentially assimilate her. And on top of that, with his shapeshifting, he could turn himself into as many tendrils as he wants, and 28 vectors are not going to be able to defend against hundreds of all-sensing tendrils. Not to mention, Carnage himself has invisibility. And when she uses the extreme frequency with her vectors, the only setting that can do anything to him, they become visible anyway.

Reaction time, Speed, Strength, reach, durability and power are the key factors to winning in these fights. These shown fact proves who wins what. These guys don't pick favorites. They gather information on both and compares them.
Both can kill each other with one fatal blow that something Screwattack said but Lucy had the power, speed and range advantage that's why she wins in most scenarios against Carnage, and on this battle Lucy didn't use his extreme form when she starts to melt since that form will godstomp Carnage so bad...

Yes, Transformers is consideredanime because it was originally created in Japan just as all other japanimation (or as we call it "anime" . Mobile Suit Gundam (a.k.a First Gundam, or simply Gundam) was supposed to air in the states around the same time as Transformers, but it never happened.
For the record, the Gundam showcased for the next Death Battle is not from Wing. It's the first show in the franchise, and is based in a separate timeline/continuity/universe/whatever, and it's simple titled "Mobile Suit Gundam". The mech in question is the RX-78-2 Gundam, usually ppl commonly refer to it as "gundam", "original gundam", "RX-78", or "RX-78-2". Pilot's name is Amuro Ray. Dwayne, Jazz, the original Transformers series (circa 1984) was produced by Hasbro, a Japanese company, and the animation was done by Sunbow Entertainment. Toei Animation, the company behind Dragon Ball everything, handled distribution of the series in Asia. Marvel took care of distribution here in North America. The series is described as an American cartoon. Coincidentally, those same companies also worked on G.I. Joe.

They omitted my abilities to make someone go cannibalistic, shrink myself into the microverse, rip through adamantium move at Mach 7,265+, and being able to use Danger Sense which would've helped me locate her vectors.
Now the real question is who will win . The only actual Gundams I've seen are Unicorn and Blood Iron Orphans so I don't really know about this one. While as for a Optimus Prime I know much more about because I'm a Transformers fan so I can show few feets
1. He took down Trypticon (basically a city size mechagodzilla down with one hit from his axe)
2. Killed Megatronus Prime( THE FALLEN) a god and one of the strongest Transformers besides Unicron
3. In a crossover comic he was given an Evagelion upgrade to take on a Starscream possed angel
