This is such a beautiful home and community
This house is very standard and lack detail on the inside. Lets be honest it's way overpriced and nothing about this house is worth more than $200,000US

Definitely doesn’t work the price it’s way too expensive and the bedrooms are really small they’re not that big
Whats interesting is making sense of $95k price increase from 2020
They can ask for whatever they want and you can offer whatever you want. If you think that the $95k inflation makes no sense then view it and put in an offer for the list price minus $95k.

I like the house and the community. There is some changes I would make since it’s done to order but over all its nice. The lot size is also amazing

Good day to you Miss, you've done a good job by skillfully promoting this lovely little house ,however, why did the developers placed the toilet next to the bath tub? for hygiene purposes the toilet should always be installed away from a bath tub.

Nothing in that house worth $345.000. That is just a standard house. The yard space not bad though.

The question I am asking are people buying these houses cash or mortgage ? Because I can see that housing prices are over inflated in Jamaica and sooner or later there will be a housing crash if they continue like this. Like the Yard though.

They really dropped the ball on this design. Its too basic for that price. You could use that money to make a bigger house with better scales and more resale value.
For that amount of money the living room is too narrow. Not worth it

Literally these houses don't worth anymore than ten million Jamaican dollars.
Land area 3 million and the unfurnished structure another seven million Jamaican dollars.
It’s a nice home and I enjoyed the tour but it’s a bit overpriced in my opinion. Whatever that’s worth. But if someone is willing to pay that price then that’s what it’s worth. Only time will tell.
There are persons living there already, they told me that phase 2 is underway.

I saw 300,000us last week and in one week price increase 45000 more.
@@graceannanderson2383 This isn't a brand new development, it's individual owners selling their property hence the difference in pricing. You can always go to the owner and offer less, these prices aren't set in stone.
