Had mot and service done at same time. When I arrived was told loan car was available due to timescale. Sophie checked and said I could wait as would only take about 2 1/2 hours. Waited in showroom and staff were lovely offering coffee and keeping me updated. Sophie was very good and kept me updated with progress. When all was completed, the paperwork was explained, and made clear to me. On paperwork pack was message from Sophie asking to give feedback. My feedback is Sophie was excellent and would have no hesitation giving 10 out of 10 . Was thinking of going to jcb site nearer to my home address in future but will be using Rainham next year. Thanks again.
