    Your video fails to show removal of the packing tapes. I couldn't figure out if that little plastic over the ink hole should be removed. I tried 3 times but it wouldn't come off. Your video omits important details, like your using already used cartridges.

    As simple a video this might seem, I actually had to watch to figure out how to remove the old cartridge from my 8710. I pulled and pulled for 20 minutes, used my flashlight and inspected inside thinking it was damaged or locked up for some reason.
    Watched this video and pressed on the cartridge and it popped out easily. FML

    Thank you I just change 2 cartridge myself ! One quick question is that when I push the ink level button -> any ink level picture , it says print, and next
    It says “ depleted cartridge must be replaced to resume printing .
    Does this mean I set up the new cartridge on the wrong place ??

    • @Ldproducts
      @Ldproducts  Před 5 lety

      Have you tried accepting that message and continued printing? If you are printing with a compatible printer cartridge sometimes a compatibility error message can appear on the display but you can usually acknowledge that message and continue to print the full page yield of the cartridge. If that does not work, try removing the cartridge and cleaning the gold contact chip on the end of the cartridge with a lint-free cloth. Sometimes dust or residue can get on the gold contact point and produce an error message on your printer's display. After cleaning the contacts, reinstall the cartridge and try printing again.

    How about we don't want to use the other ink. I mean black ink only?

    • @Ldproducts
      @Ldproducts  Před 2 lety

      To print only in black, you may open the document or photo you want to print, click File, and then click Print, and then click Show Details at the bottom of the dialog, if necessary. Select your printer name from the Printers menu. Select Black & White on the main dialog. The Presets menu also includes black and white options. We hope this helps.

    If the printer said like this , "this printer is not designed to use continuouse ink systems. To resume printing, remove continuose ink system and install original HP (or compatible) cartridge " it the yellow colour. So what is the mean? I have compuse about this. What must i do? Please answer, i wait!

    • @Ldproducts
      @Ldproducts  Před 5 lety

      We apologize if you're having issue with the cartridge. Given what you described, it sounds like the chip on the cartridge may not be making a full connection with the printer. A hard reset usually does the trick. 1. Remove the ink cartridge; 2. Turn the printer off; 3. Unplug the power cord for 1-2 minutes; 4. Clean the contact with a lint free cloth; 5. Plug the printer back in; 6. Turn the printer on and wait for a message prompting you to install the cartridge; 7. Then install the cartridge(s) and try printing a test page. If issue still persists, you may also contact us through email, chat or call us at 888-321-2552 for immediate assistance, we will certainly be here to help and hope we can make it right with you!

    What is the different between OfficeJet Pro® 8710 and 8715 ?

    • @Ldproducts
      @Ldproducts  Před 6 lety

      The 8710 and 8715 are almost the same printer. We compared the specs and the only major difference we could find are the printer dimensions. The 8710 dimensions are 19.7 x 15.9 x 13.4 and the 8715's dimensions are 19.7 x 15.9 x 12.5.

    My cartridges keep popping out and wont stay in

    • @Ldproducts
      @Ldproducts  Před 2 lety

      We're sorry for that, please make sure that any tapes and plastic protective clips have been removed. If the cartridge appears too big or if you cannot see any of the gold connection points, there probably is a protective clip still attached to the cartridge. Also, make sure that you are installing the black cartridge into the RIGHT slot of the cartridge carriage and the tri-color cartridge into the left slot of the cartridge carriage. Lastly, try it in a different direction, look into the printer to see what's blocking it from going in. We hope this helps.
