WAI No Comment Episode 161
Thanks John and the WAI team!
De-stack for combination of 3 reasons
1 - arm the FTS
2 - bad weather forecast to roll in over the next few
days.
&
3 - no FAA Launch Licence "yet". (won't be long now)
I hope you're right, I'm more concerned that our shit government is fucking with Elon because he won't help them to create WWIII via the lost cause that is their money laundering and child trafficking hub in the Ukraine.
My guess is arming the FTS ahead of final launch approval.
Your guess is possibly the right one
I think and hope so too!
I don't think a full de-stack is needed to arm the FTS, only a short lift up, arm and lower back down.
@@markl3893 ship 24 was also lowered before it's launch in order to arm the FTS so it's very possible that they will arm it now
That was a good video, John!
Predicted this… They’re not launching it until sometime in October with no actual date pending and need to get all of the checks and balances first. Smart move really.
Hopefully, they will take this time to completely finish the deluge system.
Nice music
Can the full stack be WDR tested whilst waiting for a license to be granted?
🚀
Dismantling. Let’s hope space x has got some other work to get on with which faa not prevents. How come faa has no problems with f9 launches?
F9 is one of the most reliable rockets ever made, while on the other hand starship has had a 100% fail rate as of right now
@maqq9799 well it had only one attempt so far and it would have been a miracle, if it had worked out as intended.
And when Elon decides that it has to work, we know it will work. So starship is coming in the near future, no doubt about it
👍👍
It doesn't look like that launch is coming anytime soon. After today's announcement, it may never fly, at least not from Boca Chica.
Weather
Noooooo😮
Anything new on any environmental law suits.
I dispoident 😢
No audio other then music. Dont bother waiting for it to end...
Watch now as all the anti-Musk channels start posting how this destacking is proof of “failure” again… I’m getting so stinking tired of every twitch, being spun against a man who’s doing things that they can’t even dream about.
