I really like your videos but I think that for the next time, uploading them in 1440p would be an incredible improvement in quality for your channel, not only because of the resolution, but also because of the bitrate codec..., it is really worth it in these cases with all the moving scenes, much success, very good shots :)!

Remember ios devices have a feature where it calculates the G force and think the person is having a car crash if it is above something around 3 G's. Many people has unwantedly auto-called 911 on themeparks when riding roller coasters because of that feature. And fpv drones pull way more G's than roller coasters so be careful.

CZcams destroys video quality. Also when viewing from a mobile phone, the quality between 8 and 10 bit isn't that noticable. If you watch from a good quality monitor, you can definitely tell the difference between the 2.
great video, little suggestion, when youre filming yourself talking id say go up in aperture, when youre in focus you cant see who youre talking to/who youre with and you cant really see the area youre in. regardless great video man :)

The reason for no motion blur while using the ND filter on the iPhone is that it was probably still running at a reasonably quick shutter speed. ND filters are generally just there to darken the image to not blow out the highlights on slower shutter speeds.
i mean it was nd16 during sunrise which should have worked but i’m pretty sure the iphones low light is so good it just compensated by increasing iso and maintaining shutter speed
@@andyescapes damn, ND16 is down 4 stops - iPhone's compensation is amazing in that case. Had you tried pro / cinematic mode on it when flying it on the kwad?
eh, better footage from a gopro, less giggle, less money. The only interesting concept here for me is live streaming from a mobile device is an interesting idea. Gopro is also gyro data. Cool experiment though.

To all who say gopro's havent seen quality updates... all you're doing is just uploading your footage straight from camera. The way you get it to look like JohnnyFPV and others is with grading. Shooting in a flat profile and color grading. Makes all the difference in the world - the GoPro honestly is a super high quality option and usually capable of 10x better than the average person. Also unable to lock your shutter on an iphone.. so all the footage ends up looking super stuttery
sadly you can't do that in the standard camera app (changing shutter that is). The gopro is a great camera but honestly shooting flat on the gopro 8 and now on the gopro 11, the differences are very minor that's not to say that gopros are bad at all though. (all my other videos are shot on gopro flat and graded)
would love to know why you think this, sure this example probably isn't the best as the ND filter didn't help the iphone but when just comparing cameras the iphone has better dynamic range, a bigger sensor/more depth of field, way better in low light...
@@andyescapes I'm no photographer it just always looked better to me aside from the low light situations thing. Assumed they would be making compromises to fit everything in a phone compared to a dedicated camera.
It’s not that great. Are you flying 60fps? It’s very jittery almost like it’s skipping frames. I don’t know if you had stabilization on but it didn’t look like it was on. GoPro footage looks better and that’s not worth the risk.

there are a few occasional jitters but i can definitely say it’s better than a gopro, especially considering i was in the shade, crazy dynamic range. Unfortunately there’s no 4k quality rn but apparently it’ll be fixed in a day or two lol
@@andyescapes i meant jittery in that it looks like frames are missing, like a quick stop motion, not buttery smooth, maybe a side-by-side video compare of a gopro if possible
yeah those jitters are caused by the iphone stabilisation which can’t compensate bigger shakes. not sure if i’ll do a comparison but if you look at my previous videos whenever there is shade gopros really do not look good at all 🥲

5” drone is no go for this….Phone is to heavy witch means it will cut down on battery time, pluss jell-O shake. Would be better off with a 7” Made for more weight and reduced Jell-O tremendously.
More big is the camera more vibrations. You need some cushion to absorb vibration. It's ok as crazy experiment but you will get bad result. Compliments for putting 2000 $ camera on a 500$ drone.
the dynamic range is way better gopro would have looked horrible as i shot this in shade. obviously it is worse though in terms of FOV maybe i need the wide angle camera to work next time haha

sadly you can't do that on the standard app, and at the same time don't really want to mess with other apps
