To equal the voice of Gerry Rafferty (1947-2011), the sax riff of Raphael Ravenscroft (1954-2014) and the guitar solo by Hugh Burns on the original version of “Baker Street” is an almost impossible feat. You guys nailed this song cover perfectly !!! Fantastic performance by a top-notch group of musicians and vocalist !

Abso-fu...ing-lutely spectacular!!. The wind's part of the band are always a priceless addition. In the original song, Rafferty sings a soft melody, so here Danny could not show his bionic voice capabilities, but very much into the aura of the Baker Street original mood... Two things that I have already mentioned before but it is worth remembering: 1) 50% of the success of each rendering is undoubtedly in the choice of the song. Extreme care must be taken on this point. And 2) Nothing would sound the way it does if it were not for the genius of the person behind the table's knobs. 10 out of 10!! Cheers amigos!!

I have watched many videos by HSCC. They are truly a group of incredible musicians. But, if you are going to do a song as iconic as this one, don't change it. That being said, the guitar solo was pretty damn good.

Adelaide Rocks. Your version is the absolute best ever. Baker Street was a "theme song" on a very long road trip we did in covid times. We travelled from Adelaide to Katherine across to Broome and down to Perth. When driving into a major town or city we would play this song. It was a sense of arrival. Every song you cover is so well arranged and so professional. Vocals and musicians and the whole vibe ("The Castle") is world class.
Anyone can say what they want, but in each case I compare the original version. You perform so well, after listening your, I can't listen to the original anymore, because your music and performance are the best. You really deserve the title of world star. With great respect, from Georgia

Sensational to one and all, and also to the cameraman that gave everyone that had their solo specialty... but most of all hats off and respect to Jason McMahon on sax, who would've been feeling the pressure with that song with the million subscribers and watchers of this video... in the history of music there is only a handfull of songs that are known for their sax solos, and Baker Street is one of those songs... Good onya Jason... an extra mention to Tom Noonan for your littel flute solos, and I loved the Congas with Steve Todd, good stuff mate...

HSCC is the best! You don't just play the notes, sing the notes--you make it come alive! I was really young when this song came out. It could have been written about me. But then life goes on and all that hurt and emotion is far behind and i can really get into just the music.

Oh, Right Down the Line, absolutely wonderful song that always brings tears to my eyes. I've heard it dismissed as just sentimental, but I could not disagree with that more. It's a fabulous song by a fantastic artist.
