On paper it's definitely Isles, he ran his best 100m at 10s flat, Angelo at his best ran his 100m at 10.5s, but this was in high school, he never tried running professionally as an adult. Isles tried going pro as a sprinter.

Keep in mind this was an entirely school-run event, so I'd guess they were using stop watches and not anything as precise as lasers so there is likely some human error in there (which in the case of a sprint time makes the biggest difference), but I remember the 10.20s on the LED board as if it was yesterday, as well as the incredible speed with which he accelerated off the starting line, as at that point I'd only seen him play 15 man rugby for the first team a few times. I ran something silly like 1.2-1.4 for the 10m when I was a high schooler. It was faster than Usain bolts opening 10m split which I thought was funny considering I was just running barefoot on grass in probably 35 degree heat.
But it was all hand timed so i'm going to add on 250 ms and say I was probably more like 1.45 - 1.65 seconds. I reckon I would have kept up with these two.

I'm afraid you are just outing yourself as someone who argues about stuff they know nothing about. I thought it would be fairly obvious that these tests are invalid. Putting aside the difference between running on hard ground v soft ground (a profound difference in itself), the SA player starts at least a metre behind a timing gate which is only triggered when he runs through it - already in significant motion. Isles is timed from first movement. That's several tenths of a second right there. The fact I have to point this out to you tells me a lot.
