I’ve done this with a kettlebell. For a more aggressive abdominal mobilization Tighten abs then sink into your abs as far as you can go then tighten again

Excellent Video Sir, may I ask can I use a foam roller as well, im always experiencing a tightness from naval to pubic bone very frustrating!
You can technically use whatever feels comfy. A rounder ball is usually a little more comfortable than a bulky roller but each to their own!
