I got rid of my beat-sonic and ran an actual 4-channel amp. I used Taco Tunes’ wiring harnes kits, which made it completely plug and play. Also swapping out the dash and door speakers. Also used Taco Tunes for the speaker adapter and speaker wiring adapter. Made it super easy and it sounds amazing. Went with a Rockford Fosgate T400X4AD 4 channels @ 100w RMS and a PAC 4-channel LOC.
On a side note, kicker makes a 4-channel amp w/ 50w RMS per channel. Beat-Sonic is 23w RMS

@@DIYJIM man I’ve learned a lot. Since the speakers run parallel the ohm rating is divided, which means if you run 2, 4-ohm speakers you divide the average ohms (4ohms) by the number of speakers so the ohms will be 2ohms. The amplifier you run needs to handle 2ohms. The rockford fosgate amp I ran can handle 100w @2 & 4ohms. Its a T400x4ad. Also since they run parallel the wattage going to them is divided, which means the 100w rms amp will be sending 50w to each speaker. Also the first speaker’s wattage rms determines the total wattage that can go to the second speaker. The first speaker is the dash speaker so you’ll want to get at least a 50w rms dash speaker @4 or 8ohm so the door speaker has enough wattage. So if you have a 25w rms dash speaker but a 60w rms door speaker, only 25w rms will go to the door speaker. Also you’ll need to remove the center dash speaker since its connected to the driver’s side speakers and will lower the ohm rating too low.

Could you use those RCA ports on the back of the amp for the subwoofer?

I'm about to buy a new pickup. It's down to a tundra or f150. Are you still happy with the tundra? Any reason to avoid it?
Well my tundra is in the shop right now needs a new engine. I’m making a video on it hopefully it will be out in about 4 weeks. I would stay away from the 2022 maybe the 23 or 24. Thanks for watching

@@DIYJIM I've heard about this. Apparently it's still pretty rare, less than 1/10th of 1 percent... So far. I hope Toyota replaces your engine and you get a good one

Yes it came in the mail. I definitely made my stereo sound better along with a subwoofer that I installed
