If you need to Uninstall & delete the newgan folder.
USE THIS LINK if you wish to remove NEWGAN if you have issues, then you can do a fresh istall, if you dont delete, your issue might not go away with fresh install.
"C:\Users\YOURNNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\NewGAN-Manager"

Having issues getting the staff to work. When I add the "is newgan" filter nobody is excluded. Anybody else have this problem?
Don't worry, it only does the people that are regens. The code r- is in the background & sorts that out 👌
hi, i follow you're steps, but i notice that not all the staff selected is a newgen, there are also "real staff" in the list. how it's possible?
Yes but they should stay the same as the NewGan app is looking for R- Players-Staff, IE so when it runs it, it changes regen people only. That's what should happen 😉
when i follow this method there is no green bar after i press generate. nothing happens. instead, newgan staff faces are replaced with my Newgan player facepack..it doesn't work when i try create a different profile for the staff facepack
Like I say in the video, blink & you will miss it 😉 but if only one is changing, are you making a copy of the Facepack? So you end up with 2 of the same Facepacks. Then you have to run 2 profiles as per the video. Let me no. 👌
@@PRIISEK when i start a new save the regen staff faces are already replaced with the faces from the players newgan facepack, not the staff facepack. I don't even have to use the Installer the faces are already there..which is super weird. but to get faces on newgan players, i have to use the installer. So all the newgan staff rn are the young faces you get on the players facepack
@clintcele6140 have you run the software before? That's what normally happens if you have done so.
Will this work for your press officer and player liaison? I cannot tell you how much their faces annoy me. 😂

If you already have a confiq file for the players in that folder what happens when you create the staff faces. Will that overwrite the original confiq file?
Hi. If you use the PRESERVE option, it adds new faces to the current config. If you don't swap & still see GENERATE, it will overwrite yes, so make sure when you run the 2nd time, click Generate & change to Preserve 👍 hope that helps 👊
So I managed to do what you suggested, the only issue is that the pictures are the normal player pictures and not the ones in the staff folder. The NewGan app won't allow me to generate from the staff folder
@Jwakey91 ah I see. You can't use the same faces pack as the players, like I said in the video, you need a separate folder, so you get a separate config file, totally separate from the players. You must treat both as 2 totally different folders. 2 different profiles like in the video 👌
@@PRIISEK yeah I get that, so I have a separate folder for just the staff faces and a separate profile on the NewGan app. When I click replace faces though nothing happens. It's like the app won't read the folder or something. Can you only use it from one folder per save?
@@Jwakey91 can you check that the faces folder is not double named as in. I downloaded the juva faces. & Then inside the folder was a single folder with the same name as the 1st folder. If so cut the 2nd folder , so when you open it. You see the regions 👍. What you can do is send me an email with step by step screenshots of the what you doing , do I can see if there is an issue 👌 priisek@outlook.com
Huh??? Sorry, I don't get it. You have 49530 people on your staff, then you use the "is newgen - is not" filter and you get - surprise - 49530 people. Maybe Marc Overmars, Lars Ricken and Pep Guardiola have a huge beard now (like my 15 year old player😄). Great explanation, but now I have a big beard problem! Goodbye plastic heads, hello beards!😂
