I can't find anyone to troubleshoot this horrific thermostat. I have had one for 3 months with my new unit. When it's out nothing works! The screen is dead and you can do absolutely nothing until someone is found to service it. There is No one available on weekends. Come Monday a new thermostat will be installed and garbage 101 for your 200 dollar junk item!!!
