Setting up the Venstar Explorer Mini with Skyport Cloud

My T2000 is paired, and I can control it via smartphone and/or PC... kind of. More often than not, I receive networks errors.

I tried but it says to me that “skyport not enabled” when i already tried it many times

Instead of pairing code it only displays “PAIRED”. How do you disconnect and pair a new account?
