Grass carps for me. They are crazy, jumps out from the water when they hooked, fight well and when they get close to me they are going insane. They are simply the best for catching in my opinion!

Flipping love these videos. John makes it look easy but so many useful tips in here. Favourite carp are mirror, darker the better really. That said Common always fight harder in my experience.

I always loved mirror carp but then i caught a scale perfect home grown Welsh common carp. Fantastic fish and a new PB. Common carp all the way now 👍👍
